If you are a new user click the "Register" button to sign up for an online account. You will need your account number to signup.

  Current users click the "Login" button to check your account balance, billing & pay history, review your bill online, or make an online payment.   If you don't want to signup for an account, you can click on "Quick Pay" to enter your account number and amount to pay....it's that easy!
       

Refund Policy:
FPUA does not issue refunds on credit card transactions unless it can be determined after an investigation or by supporting evidence that a transaction was made in error (e.g., payment was made to the incorrect customer’s account, or in an amount in excess of the amount due).  Payments for utility service are made after the services are rendered, and therefore cannot be returned.  Refunds on credit card transactions can only be requested by contacting the FPUA Customer Service department at (772) 466-1600, extension 3900 during normal business hours.  FPUA reserves the right to deny any refund request.
